PSHRA San Diego Chapter Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership Dues
No refunds will be issued for membership dues. Memberships are transferable on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Meeting Registration
Refunds for monthly events will be issued if the attendee cancels more than four (4) business days in advance of the event (PSHRA San Diego monthly events are generally on Wednesday, so by noon on the Friday before the event in most cases). After this deadline, no refunds are available.  Meeting registrations are transferrable.

Annual Conference Registration
For the annual conference, refunds are issued if the attendee cancels at least 30 days in advance of the start of the event. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.  Conference registrations are transferable.

Form of Refund
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment and may also be provided in the form of a credit for a future event.
